Criteria
You are likely to be eligible if you

Live in Pennsylvania
Have been living in Pennsylvania for a long time and currently reside here permanently.

Have Medicaid
Currently receiving health coverage through Medicaid and have an active enrollment in the program.

Daily Help Needed
Need regular assistance with basic daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
